Simply fantastic.
Simply fantastic. They helped us organize a wonderful party, THE PARTY. Besides being perfect during the event, Francesco guided us through the weeks leading up to it, staying in touch every day, literally every day, to plan the music for the party down to the last detail. A spectacular level of professionalism.
Best decision ever
We booked Vieri kind of last minute and honestly… best decision ever. His setlist was super diverse (from jazz classics to a spontaneous Irish folk song my dad requested!), and he kept the mood flowing perfectly all night. He even played our first dance song live, and I legit got chills. Also – major bonus – his setup didn’t require power, which saved us during the outdoor aperitivo! Guests were raving.

Wow doesn’t even begin to cover it…
We got married in Borgo di Tragliata in October of this year and we had The Gloves as our wedding band. Wow doesn’t even begin to cover it, weeks later and people are still raving about the amazing band we had! Not only were they great musicians but they were such nice people and really great craic, I was so nervous to do a first dance and almost wasn’t going to when Leo suggested one and made me feel so at ease with it and so many said it was the best first dance they’d seen!
The dancefloor was CONSTANTLY full with hit after hit, the energy was electric and the crowd interaction was second to none!
Can’t recommend more!

The music during the ceremony moved many of our guests to tears
Vieri and his team brought such elegance and charm to our day. From the first emails, he was incredibly professional and warm. The music during the ceremony moved many of our guests to tears, and during the reception, the atmosphere was joyful yet intimate, exactly what we had hoped for. His ability to read the room and adapt in the moment is a rare gift. Highly recommend to any couple looking for a personalized musical experience.

Frequently Asked Questions About Wedding Bands in Quarto D’Altino, Italy
Organizing a wedding abroad involves many practical considerations. Below, we’ve gathered answers to the most frequent questions couples have when booking a wedding band in Quarto D’Altino, Italy.
How Far in Advance Should I Book a Wedding Band in Quarto D’Altino?
Booking your wedding band in Quarto D’Altino, Italy at least 8 to 12 months in advance is generally advisable, particularly if your date falls during the peak season (May to September). Top bands often receive multiple requests for weekends and holidays and tend to get booked well in advance.
For weddings outside high season or on less in-demand days, it may be possible to book with shorter notice. Regardless, contacting bands early provides more time to confirm logistics, discuss music preferences, and ensure availability.
Can I See the Wedding Bands Live Before Booking Them?
Since most wedding bands in Quarto D’Altino, Italy primarily perform at private events, public showcases are uncommon. However, some bands occasionally play at festivals or promotional events, which may be open to prospective clients.
If you’re interested in attending a live performance, we recommend contacting the band via WeddingMusicBandItaly.com to inquire about upcoming public shows in or near Quarto D’Altino. Meanwhile, artist profiles include live video clips, sample setlists, and client feedback, all of which offer a reliable overview of each band’s style and professionalism.
How Long Does the Band Typically Play on the Wedding Day?
Wedding bands in Quarto D’Altino, Italy typically perform in sets aligned with key moments of the event. Most standard packages include two or three live sets, each lasting approximately 45 to 60 minutes. These are often distributed across the aperitivo, dinner, and post-dinner celebrations.
In addition to live music, bands often provide DJ-style background music during breaks, ensuring a continuous flow of entertainment. Some offer full-day coverage, including music for the ceremony and cocktail hour, if requested.
What Happens Between the Wedding Band’s Sets and at the End of the Performance?
During intervals between sets, most bands in Quarto D’Altino, Italy play music from a curated playlist through their PA system. This service, often included in the base package, maintains the ambiance while allowing the musicians to take a short break.
At the end of their performance, some bands offer the option to play recorded music or provide a DJ-style set to extend the event. This solution is useful for couples who prefer to keep the music going without hiring a separate DJ.
Can I Choose the Type of Music Played During the Band’s Breaks?
Yes, many bands in Quarto D’Altino allow couples to influence the background music during performance breaks. You may provide a playlist in advance — via streaming services or USB — or indicate general preferences regarding genres and mood.
If preferred, the band can prepare a playlist based on your suggestions and their experience with weddings, helping to ensure that the musical flow matches your event’s tone.
What Songs Will the Wedding Band Play?
Each band maintains its own repertoire, usually covering a wide range of styles — including pop, rock, jazz, soul, and romantic ballads. Upon request, most bands will share a list of available songs to help you assess their musical direction.
The final setlist is typically adapted based on the preferences of the couple, the event’s timeline, and the audience’s reactions on the day.
Will the Wedding Band Learn the Song I Choose for My First Dance?
Yes, many wedding bands in Quarto D’Altino are willing to learn a specific song for your first dance, even if it is not part of their standard repertoire. To allow sufficient preparation, it’s recommended to provide the band with your chosen song a few weeks or months before the wedding.
If the piece is particularly complex or not compatible with the band’s instrumentation, alternatives may be proposed, or the song may be played in recorded form.
Can I Give the Band a List of Songs to Play at My Wedding?
Yes, most wedding bands in Quarto D’Altino, Italy are open to receiving a selection of songs you’d like to hear. If the tracks are already part of their repertoire, they can usually be included in the live performance.
If some songs are not in their current setlist, bands may be able to learn a limited number with sufficient notice, or alternatively play recorded versions during the breaks. Providing your list early allows time for any necessary preparation.
Can I Share My Song Preferences with the Wedding Band?
Absolutely. Sharing your musical preferences — including favorite genres, specific songs, or styles to avoid — helps the band tailor the performance to your tastes.
These details can be discussed during planning or shared through playlists or written guidelines. Most bands value this input and use it to create a more personalized musical experience.
When Does the Band Usually Arrive for Setup?
Wedding bands in Quarto D’Altino, Italy generally arrive at the venue around two hours before the scheduled performance. This allows adequate time for unloading, setting up equipment, running a soundcheck, and addressing any last-minute coordination with the venue or planner.
Arrival times may vary depending on venue access, the size of the band, and the complexity of the setup.
Can the Wedding Band Arrive Earlier Than Planned?
Yes. Most bands in Quarto D’Altino are flexible and can accommodate an earlier arrival if required by the venue or wedding schedule. This is often the case for remote venues or those with strict loading times, such as historic buildings or urban locations.
Early arrival should be requested in advance. Additional fees may apply, particularly if the band is expected to wait on-site for an extended period before performing.
What Time Does the Wedding Band Usually Finish?
Typically, bands conclude their live performances between 11:00 PM and midnight, depending on the schedule of the event, the package chosen, and any venue-imposed curfews.
It’s always a good idea to confirm timing with both the band and the venue to ensure compliance with local regulations, particularly in residential or historic areas.
Can the Wedding Band Play Beyond the Scheduled End Time?
Yes, many bands offer the option to extend their performance. This must be arranged in advance or confirmed during the event, depending on availability and venue restrictions.
Extensions usually involve an additional fee and are subject to local noise regulations. If live music is not allowed beyond a certain hour, bands may offer DJ-style sets at reduced volume as an alternative.
Can I Use the Wedding Band’s PA System After Their Performance Ends?
In many cases, yes. Bands in Quarto D’Altino, Italy may allow continued use of their PA system for background music or a personal playlist after their live performance ends. This can be a cost-effective solution if you do not plan to hire a separate DJ.
It’s essential to coordinate this in advance. Some bands include limited PA use in their packages, while others may charge a small fee, particularly if a band member is required to stay and manage the equipment.
Do Wedding Bands Need a Stage?
A stage is not required for most wedding bands in Quarto D’Altino, Italy. Bands are generally experienced in performing at ground level and can adapt to various venue types, including gardens, villas, and indoor halls.
However, if a stage is available or desired, it can enhance visibility for guests and improve the performance setup, especially for larger groups.
If I Provide a Stage, How Much Space Will the Band Need?
The space required depends on the size of the band. A small acoustic group may only need 2×3 meters, while a standard 5–6 piece band will usually require at least 4×6 meters.
Larger ensembles with additional musicians may need up to 5×8 meters. The band can provide exact dimensions and technical requirements when you book.
Can I or My Guests Perform with the Band?
Yes, this is often possible with advance notice. Many wedding bands in Quarto D’Altino are open to including a live guest performance by the couple or invited friends and family.
To ensure a smooth experience, it’s recommended to inform the band in advance about the song, the person performing, and any equipment or preparation that might be needed.
Do I Need to Hire a DJ Alongside the Wedding Band?
Hiring a wedding DJ in Quarto D’Altino, Italy is not mandatory if you already have a live band. Many bands provide recorded music or DJ-style playlists during breaks and after their live sets, covering the full entertainment needs of the event.
However, if you would like extended dance music into the night or a seamless transition after the band finishes, adding a DJ can be a useful complement.
If I Hire a DJ, Can the DJ and the Band Use the Same Equipment?
In many cases, yes. Bands and DJs in Quarto D’Altino can often share PA systems, speakers, and lighting equipment, which simplifies the setup and reduces redundancy.
That said, compatibility should be confirmed in advance. Some DJs may prefer to use their own gear or require specific technical inputs. It’s best to coordinate logistics between the two providers prior to the event.
What Do I Need to Provide for the Wedding Band?
Most bands bring their own instruments and audio equipment, but there are a few things you or your planner should provide:
– Power source: A stable electrical connection near the performance area is essential. For outdoor or remote venues, a generator may be necessary.
– Shelter and space: A flat, protected area is recommended, especially outdoors, to safeguard instruments and electronics from sun, rain, or wind.
– Refreshments: It is customary to offer food and non-alcoholic drinks to the band, especially if they are present for several hours. In some cases, accommodations may also be needed, particularly for late-night or distant events.
Clarifying these arrangements early ensures a smoother experience for everyone involved.
Will the Same Musicians from the Videos Be the Ones Performing at My Wedding?
Not necessarily. While many bands in Quarto D’Altino, Italy maintain a consistent core lineup, it’s common for them to work with a pool of professional musicians. This allows flexibility during peak season or when managing multiple events.
Even if some members vary, all musicians are selected for their professionalism and experience, ensuring a performance that matches the quality of the videos you’ve seen. If you have a preference for specific performers, you can request confirmation during the booking process.
What Do the Members of the Bands Wear?
Wedding bands in Quarto D’Altino, Italy typically wear coordinated formal or semi-formal attire, such as suits or elegant black outfits, suitable for a wedding setting.
If you have particular dress code preferences — for example, black tie or themed outfits — it’s a good idea to communicate this early so the band can accommodate your request where possible.
Will the Wedding Band Need Space for Their Vehicles?
Yes. Most bands travel with one or more vehicles carrying instruments, sound systems, and lighting equipment. Providing a convenient parking area near the venue entrance or performance location helps simplify load-in and setup.
In locations with restricted access or limited parking — such as historic centers — prior arrangements may be required. Informing your venue and planner in advance is recommended.
Can Wedding Bands Perform Outdoors?
Yes, most wedding bands in Quarto D’Altino, Italy are fully prepared to perform outdoors. Common settings include gardens, terraces, vineyards, and courtyards — ideal for ceremonies, aperitivi, or evening receptions.
It’s important to ensure access to a reliable power source and to provide adequate shelter for instruments and equipment. A canopy or tent is recommended to protect from sun, wind, or unexpected weather changes.
Do I Need a Contract to Hire a Wedding Band?
Yes. A written agreement is highly recommended and typically required. The contract outlines all essential terms — including date, location, performance times, lineup, fees, cancellation policies, and technical requirements.
Clear documentation helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures that all parties are aligned on expectations.
Can the Band Also Perform During the Ceremony or Aperitivo?
Yes, many bands in Quarto D’Altino, Italy offer performance options for various parts of the day. For the ceremony, smaller ensembles or acoustic setups can provide processional and background music. During the aperitivo, a live jazz or acoustic set is a popular choice.
These services are often offered as add-ons to the main evening package and should be requested in advance during the planning phase.
Can the Wedding Band Help with Microphones and Audio for Speeches?
Most professional bands in Quarto D’Altino can provide basic audio support for speeches, including wired or wireless microphones. Since they already manage the sound system, offering this service is typically straightforward.
Check in advance whether this support is included or available as an optional extra.
Do I Need to Pay the SIAE Music License Fee for My Wedding in Quarto D’Altino, Italy?
