We got married in March ‘24 in the gorgeous Borgo Di Tragliata. As soon as we booked Borgo and started looking into which band to choose, we fell in love with The Gloves. The size of the band (which has grown even since booking in March ‘22), the incredible instruments, the party train and the fun – we wanted it all! The Gloves are outrageously talented, each and every member equally so and gel together so nicely to create a wonderful atmosphere. The interaction with the guests is another thing that stood out! Our guests were so impressed with The Gloves – they got things started with a fabulous, smooth, easy listening set for out Apertif (the kids particularly enjoyed this as they were able to dance and wow over the trumpet! Then the party train into the main party which I have no words for, they made it impossible to get off the dance floor!! We also had a fabulous duo from the Gloves play for our pizza party on day 2 at Borgo and I am so thankful that we did. They created stunning vibes right through the evening! They were a highlight for us and our guests! Incredibly talented and such lovely personalities.

We actually upgraded our package last minute to the Extra Love and I’m so so glad we did. Leo started things off with a sweet and spicy mix for the aperitifs and set a beautiful tone for the beginning of our celebrations. One of the highlights had to be the surprise party train- a lively conga line complete with brass instruments weaving its way from the dining hall to the disco was truly unforgettable! The gloves orchestrated this moment flawlessly, bringing together guests of all ages to form such a fun and joyful chain. The Gloves perfectly gauged the vibe of our guests- every song choice was just amazing and the dance floor was absolutely buzzing until the very end! Our guests loved the choice and style of music that The Gloves played and how exceptional Leo’s voice was, especially how well it sounded in the church.
The party train was the highlight for many guests and it certainly was an amazing way to kick start the night! They were great to work with during the planning stages and quickly answered all of our questions and concerns. We chose the Extra Love package. We got married September 2023 at Masseria Salamina in Fasano (Puglia), and we’re SO glad we went with The Gloves for all of our wedding festivities! They made everything so clear in terms of packages and prices and any other question we had too. We had chosen the Extra Love package. The day started with them playing our drinks reception and then our wedding party. During the drinks reception they were great, really gave that Italian garden party vibe and had everyone swaying along to their music. The party train however was a HIT, as people were so surprised but also immediately fell into the party conga line and we were brought to the barn to get the real party started. The Gloves kept the dancefloor full all night with interactive elements and chatting with guests. Our guests gushed about how amazing they were and everyone had so much fun. Us included. Not only do they put on a full interactive performance but their expertise really shows in making sure they are playing the songs that they know will get your guests dancing all night long. We had booked them for the after dinner party and we booked the add on of the party train and if you are contemplating this just do it, it made the move from dinner to party absolutely seamless and was something so different to anything our guests had seen before it was definitely my highlight from them! Our only complaint is we couldn’t bring them home for future events in Ireland ! The whole process of booking them was made so easy, nothing was too much trouble for them.

Superb communication right from first contact up to the wedding (with excellent English) and very clear and thorough in their responses. They arrived and setup at the venue seamlessly, I needed to do nothing! They produced wonderful background piano at our ceremony and managed the song choices we picked. Their live music at the apertif and the afterparty was incredible and so many guests have told me since our wedding day that the band was one of their highlights! I can’t thank them and praise them enough. It’s a daunting task picking a band for a destination wedding when you can’t see them live first. Videos online just don’t do the gloves any justice. We got married in Casale Doria Pamphilj in July 2023, and were so excited to have the gloves as our musical entertainment for two nights. A completely jam-packed dance floor for the entire night tells you all you need to know! They exceeded our expectations and provided the best entertainment that our friends and family are still talking about weeks later!

They were very easy to work with and were even able to add an additional performer (Francesca) to the band, as well as have Angelo fill in for Leo. Their live show is perfect for a wedding, it truly does get everyone dancing! They also provided great background music during our dinner. Even the DJ set after the live performance was fantastic! The Gloves Band convinced us with their fun looking pictures and videos on their website and Instagram.
Booking and organisation/ communication were very easy via email. They made several recomedations regarding the packages they offer and what songs to play (as we didn´t have any preferences) and we were amazed by their experience.

We had them for the ceremony, aperitifs and party music. Leo’s voice is unreal and can adapt to any type of music be it classical, rock, swing, pop. All our guests commented on what a great band they were and asked if we chose the music as it was literally one hit after another after another – we didn’t, The Gloves are experts in providing the best music and party atmosphere! On booking our wedding in Borgo the wedding planners sent us a list of wedding bands and we very quickly knew from the incredible rave reviews that we HAD TO have The Gloves perform at our wedding! We booked The Gloves for our aperitif music and final party. We honestly could not recommend them enough!! Firstly, they are wonderfully talented musicians and performers who have a huge range of great wedding music, but secondly because I have never come across a band who know how to create such an AMAZING party atmosphere and interact with the crowd so so well. They honestly are the BEST WEDDING BAND EVER!! They really contributed to making our wedding day an unforgettable occasion. Our guests were on the dance floor all night and particularly enjoyed the party train and the dance off! Our only regret is that we didn’t book them for a second night!

The band was great for entertaining our guests and made it feel like an amazing party. We got married at Agriturismo Terre di Nano near the town of Montepulciano in July 2022. We had The Gloves as our musical entertainment for the aperitif music and for the final party. We hired The Gloves as our wedding evening entertainment at La Tenuta di Papena in October 2022. Once we looked into them we liked the style of songs they played and that they are a large brass group, which we found impressive. Whilst they did perform songs like a traditional band would, they also interacted with the crowd for a good part of their performance and kept everybody’s focus on the dance floor. The Gloves have a their own set list which is perfectly rehearsed and timed to lights etc, so if you’re looking for a band that will take last minute requests and simply play music they might not be for you, but if you’re looking for interactive entertainment, you’ve found it!

We were blown away by how talented they all are, and also by their charisma and effortless ability to involve the whole crowd. The 2 musicians at the church were phenomenal and really helped make the ceremony even more magical. We got married at Terre di Nano in June 2022 and the Gloves performed at our ceremony, aperitif, and got the whole dinner party up for dancing. Me and my wife booked The Gloves for our wedding day celebration in April 2022 in Borgo Di Tragliata, Rome. We chose the “All-In” package and we loved all 3 aspects of this option.
The church music was lovely and matched the ceremony perfectly. The band were helpful in advising us with which songs fit best to what we had in mind.
The 3 piece jazz section for the appetizers was fabulous, with the guests impressed with the seamless change in genre of music.
And finally the 8 piece orchestra for the after dinner party was amazing. The best part is their engagement with ourselves and our guests throughout the night. The Gloves performed at our Wedding in April 2022 at Borgo Di Tragliata. Leo and the boys were simply outstanding entertainment from start to finish playing a range of music and genres to suit all different tastes in music.
The Gloves really know how to get the party started with the party train and got all of our friends and family involved in the dancing! All of our guests were extremely complimentary of their performance.

We were lucky enough to have the Gloves perform for two nights at our wedding weekend in Borgo Di Tragliata in April. To sum it up in one sentence our guests now want to travel the around to every event that the Gloves perform at! Leo and the boys where incredible. Not only are they a top class band, they also bring a massive entertainment factor by interacting with guests at all times. What a band!
We recently were married at the gorgeous Borgo di Tragliata and we had The Gloves for our evening party, WOW! Everyone is still talking about them! We had them join for the party train, into our main dancing area and they were perfectly timed just after the cake cutting. Not only do they sing but they dance too! We were also very lucky that they performed a song with our aperitif music band and it was a truly special song for us.
We all had such a brilliant time- their performance was absolutely incredible. The energy and engagement were beyond expectation! Our group was a lot smaller than we had planned (45) but they all made sure everyone was on their feet and created a very memorable party! The stage, the lighting, the volume were great and all email communication leading up to our day was brilliant too. Leo is very communicative, quick to respond and very helpful.
We would highly recommend The Gloves, if you are looking for a party it wouldn’t be one without them!

These guys are incredible. We had them for both the post ceremony drinks, after dinner music and afterparty DJ. At every stage they knew exactly how to get the right atmosphere. The Gloves came highly recommended by our lovely hosts at the Borgo di Tragliata, as well as our fabulous photographer (Peggy/Maison Pestea). I was worried a wedding band might be cheesy to be totally honest, but hoped for the best. Turns out, it was one of our best decisions! We were blown away by how fun the bad was and how much they engaged our intimate group of around 40 people. I don’t think anyone was sitting the entire time (ok maybe for a break)! Leo is so kind, so professional, and very accommodating. No doubt, you’ll have a blast dancing all night with The Gloves.

BOOK THEM!! We recently had The Gloves play at our wedding in Borgo di Tragliata and they did not fail to disappoint. My parents are still talking about them two months later. The gloves played for the full day of our wedding and the following evening at the pizza party. We corresponded with Leo who returned our emails very promptly. When choosing our music for the church, reception and night of the wedding it was made very easy with pre designed music packages The Gloves had put together. But may I say these guys know how to get the party started, our wedding night took off with a music train that got all the guests up an dancing. Throughout the night The Gloves interacted with our guests which really kept the party going, especially with a hilarious dance off between two guests. The vocal skills of Leo are remarkable, he can sing absolutely anything. BOOK THEM!!!

We chose The Gloves band based on two recommendations from friends of ours who had been at Irish weddings in Italy and had seen them perform. A little apprehensive having only their own social media pages and you tube videos, we decided to invest in The Gloves and I got in touch with Leo more than a year away from our wedding in Tuscany to book them in. Leo was always quick to respond in our planning, clear and happy to answer any and all my questions
We had arranged for them to play at our aperitif and post dinner party. We also had a request for a small number of them to play like a marching band from our ceremony to the aperitif drinks reception. They also took care of our sound systems and our own live music during the ceremony and back ground music for the dinner. They provided the microphone and speaker systems for our speeches. It was all seamless.
The Gloves 8 piece band really topped off what was an amazing day. They were everything we expected and more. They played non stop with great music and entertainment, our preferred first dance live (and a shortened version as we asked last minute) and had amazing guest interaction. They are a phenomenal band and Leo’s range is exceptional. Their variety and tone, from relaxed and chilled out reception music to fantastic party and dancing band after dinner was everything we had heard about and hoped for. I would recommend them to anyone in Italy or even abroad if they’ll travel. Fantastic and thanks to Leo and the band.

There is a lot of stress with getting married and getting married abroad! The band is one of the most important elements of a wedding day. We booked The Gloves Band on recommendation from another bride and reviews online. We booked them for the night before and the full day of our wedding (ceremony, reception and evening). We were delighted with the first night music and our guests too! There was a lot of anticipation for the wedding day, our guests love music and dancing. Leo said that if I loved the first night, I would not be disappointed for the wedding day and he was right- The Gloves Band did not disappoint. The ceremony and reception music was beautiful and set the right mood to the occasion. After dinner, the evening party kicked-off with the party train, it was so much fun! We recently had The Gloves play for our wedding drinks reception and for the party after the wedding meal and, wow, they are simply amazing! We chose The Gloves as our wedding band as we had seen them in action at our friends wedding two years previously and they were so much fun! This band is like nothing we or any of our guests had experienced before. There are so many surprises throughout the night and all of your guests are made to feel like superstars! The gloves played at our wedding in La Librata in Terracina on the 4th May 2019. We had heard about them from some other weddings they played and when the planner confirmed they were available we booked them immediately.
We can 100% say we were not disappointed- the Gloves lived up to their reputation. They began singing at the reception and during the meal and really set a great atmosphere. Then after the meal they moved out to dance floor area where they really got the crowd going.
Leo and the band interacted with the crowd during the entire night and the fact that they speak good English was great as our wedding had mostly Irish guests. the dance floor was full throughout the entire night thanks to the great mix on music and even after the band finished the Gloves DJ kept the dance floor full with even more great songs. All of our guests had great reviews off the band the next day.
The gloves are really easy and professional to deal with – we simply had to complete a few forms of our details and musical taste and they looked after everything else.
We cannot recommend them highly enough for anyone travelling to Italy for their wedding.

We had our Irish wedding in Italy and we were nervous about the music as it was abroad but the gloves band were honestly the best party band we could have hoped for. The most memorable wedding band ever!
The Gloves were absolutely amazing. They played at each stage of our special day – ceremony, reception and party – and got the music spot on for every bit. We got married in March ‘24 in the gorgeous Borgo Di Tragliata. As soon as we booked Borgo and started looking into which band to choose, we fell in love with The Gloves. The size of the band (which has grown even since booking in March ‘22), the incredible instruments, the party train and the fun – we wanted it all! The Gloves are outrageously talented, each and every member equally so and gel together so nicely to create a wonderful atmosphere. The interaction with the guests is another thing that stood out! Our guests were so impressed with The Gloves – they got things started with a fabulous, smooth, easy listening set for out Apertif (the kids particularly enjoyed this as they were able to dance and wow over the trumpet! Then the party train into the main party which I have no words for, they made it impossible to get off the dance floor!! We also had a fabulous duo from the Gloves play for our pizza party on day 2 at Borgo and I am so thankful that we did. They created stunning vibes right through the evening! They were a highlight for us and our guests! Incredibly talented and such lovely personalities.

We got married in Borgo di Tragliata in March 2024. The Gloves entertained us during our aperitivo and post-dinner concert. They were a great addition to the aperitivo. We also had the party train which was a big hit with all of our guests and it was a memorable part of the day. I would suggest having requests ready for the extra DJ hour as the type of music played was not exactly to our taste. The Gloves are a great entertainment band and everyone enjoyed them.

Many of the guests said that they were the best part of the wedding! My husband and I feel that they are the best Wedding Band we have ever seen. An absolutely amazing band! Myself and my partner got married in Borgo di Tragliata in October 2023, and we were lucky enough to have The Gloves booked in for an evening of dancing. I would highly recommend the party train which brings the guests from their meal down to the barn for a night of dancing! Everyone loved it and it really got them warmed up after a very hearty meal.. The guys were great throughout the evening, and were always interacting with the guests and ready for a laugh. The dance off was a particular favourite! Would recommend to everyone. We got married in Borgo di Tragliata Rome in October 2023. We had the best day and The Gloves made it even better!! We actually upgraded our package last minute to the Extra Love and I’m so so glad we did. Leo started things off with a sweet and spicy mix for the aperitifs and set a beautiful tone for the beginning of our celebrations. One of the highlights had to be the surprise party train- a lively conga line complete with brass instruments weaving its way from the dining hall to the disco was truly unforgettable! The gloves orchestrated this moment flawlessly, bringing together guests of all ages to form such a fun and joyful chain. The Gloves perfectly gauged the vibe of our guests- every song choice was just amazing and the dance floor was absolutely buzzing until the very end! The vocal skills of Leo and Jessie were just incredible. Leo finished up the night with his beautiful rendition of Nessun Dorma and blew everyone away. Such an amazing and special band. We booked the Gloves to perform at our wedding, they started playing during the reception and then got the crowd going after the dinner until late! They had the place hopping. Our highlight was the train – if you are booking an Italian wedding band this is a must have for your wedding!! Everyone said to us after how great a band they were! They’re interactive during the dance party which was great entertainment, so many different people from the party got involved. We availed of the all-request DJ service after which went down a treat for our Irish group. Would 100% recommend.
We were married in Monticiano in October of 2023. The Gloves bring the party to the party. They were great to work with during the planning stages and quickly answered all of our questions and concerns. We chose the Extra Love package. This Package provided music during cocktails, a party train and an 8-piece live show with DJ services. The quality of the music was amazing. They accommodated all of our special requests and took the pressure off of us. Amazing voices during the cocktails, creating a dream-like Italian garden party. Through the “all-in” package, the band was able to play through the ceremony, aperitivo, and reception. The dance party was the hit of the night! All of our guests continue to talk to us about how great the band was, and how it was “the best band they’ve ever experienced at a wedding” and how fun our dance party was. The Gloves did not stop! And once they stopped, we were able to have the DJ play some highly requested songs. As Americans, who love to get down on the dance floor, it was truly the best of both worlds when you think of a great wedding reception! I highly recommend The Gloves if you want a party that will be memorable to you as a couple, and to your guests. People are still talking about them, and we’re so glad we booked them! We had The Gloves play for our wedding in September 2023 in Borgo di Tragliata. From the very start communicating with the band was very easy. They made everything so clear in terms of packages and prices and any other question we had too. We had chosen the Extra Love package. The day started with them playing our drinks reception and then our wedding party. During the drinks reception they were great, really gave that Italian garden party vibe and had everyone swaying along to their music. The party train however was a HIT, as people were so surprised but also immediately fell into the party conga line and we were brought to the barn to get the real party started. We got the party train to kick off the night (highly recommend this). It really got the party going, everyone was so excited when they came along to bring the crowd into the party. The entire night they had the dance floor filled, their interactions with the crowd were brilliant they have some great surprises. I won’t ruin them for anyone booking but they really made the night. All our guests kept telling us how good the band were so that really made us happy and confident we made the right choice. The only thing we regret is not adding on the extra hour at the end. We got married at Borgo di Tragliata in August 2023 and one of the best decisions we made in the whole planning process was booking the gloves !! Not only do they put on a full interactive performance but their expertise really shows in making sure they are playing the songs that they know will get your guests dancing all night long. We had booked them for the after dinner party and we booked the add on of the party train and if you are contemplating this just do it, it made the move from dinner to party absolutely seamless and was something so different to anything our guests had seen before it was definitely my highlight from them! Our only complaint is we couldn’t bring them home for future events in Ireland ! The whole process of booking them was made so easy, nothing was too much trouble for them.

The Gloves did the entertainment for our wedding in June 2023 at Fattoria Viticcio in Greve in Chianti. During the aperitivo hour they created a great atmosphere for us and our guests. Superb communication right from first contact up to the wedding (with excellent English) and very clear and thorough in their responses. They arrived and setup at the venue seamlessly, I needed to do nothing! They produced wonderful background piano at our ceremony and managed the song choices we picked. Their live music at the apertif and the afterparty was incredible and so many guests have told me since our wedding day that the band was one of their highlights! I can’t thank them and praise them enough. It’s a daunting task picking a band for a destination wedding when you can’t see them live first. Videos online just don’t do the gloves any justice. You won’t regret booking them!
We got married in August 2023 in Tuscany and had the Gloves perform with the Sax and DJ returning on day two. I was worried by the night-time that people would be tired and suffering from the hot weather, but the gloves were so engaging with our guests, making sure absolutely everybody was having a brilliant time. There was the party train, dance offs and even some dance lessons, we had an absolute ball. Leo has an amazing voice which even gave me chills. The Gloves put on an amazing performance at our wedding in Siena at Villa di Geggiano in May 2023! They were very easy to work with and were even able to add an additional performer (Francesca) to the band, as well as have Angelo fill in for Leo. Their live show is perfect for a wedding, it truly does get everyone dancing! They also provided great background music during our dinner. Even the DJ set after the live performance was fantastic! Cannot recommend The Gloves enough!! We were married in May 2023 in Borgo di Tragliata and one of the highlights of the wedding was The Gloves. We had them for the ceremony, aperitifs and party music. Leo’s voice is unreal and can adapt to any type of music be it classical, rock, swing, pop. All our guests commented on what a great band they were and asked if we chose the music as it was literally one hit after another after another – we didn’t, The Gloves are experts in providing the best music and party atmosphere! We booked them for day 2 for their Sax and DJ package and I cannot begin to describe the craic we had that night. We were up dancing all night from bhangra songs to ‘Put em under pressure’! If you haven’t booked your wedding band yet then don’t hesitate just book them, you will not regret it.

On booking our wedding in Borgo the wedding planners sent us a list of wedding bands and we very quickly knew from the incredible rave reviews that we HAD TO have The Gloves perform at our wedding! We booked The Gloves for our aperitif music and final party. We honestly could not recommend them enough!! Firstly, they are wonderfully talented musicians and performers who have a huge range of great wedding music, but secondly because I have never come across a band who know how to create such an AMAZING party atmosphere and interact with the crowd so so well. They honestly are the BEST WEDDING BAND EVER!! They really contributed to making our wedding day an unforgettable occasion. We got married at Agriturismo Terre di Nano near the town of Montepulciano in July 2022. We had The Gloves as our musical entertainment for the aperitif music and for the final party. We hired The Gloves as our wedding evening entertainment at La Tenuta di Papena in October 2022. Once we looked into them we liked the style of songs they played and that they are a large brass group, which we found impressive. Whilst they did perform songs like a traditional band would, they also interacted with the crowd for a good part of their performance and kept everybody’s focus on the dance floor. The Gloves have a their own set list which is perfectly rehearsed and timed to lights etc, so if you’re looking for a band that will take last minute requests and simply play music they might not be for you, but if you’re looking for interactive entertainment, you’ve found it!

October 2022 at Borgo di Tragliata…….What can we say….we are 4 weeks on from our wedding in Borgo di Tragliata and guests are still talking about the gloves! Leo and the band absolutely just made our day, we had them at every part of our day, when I think back to the music during the ceremony and them signing Imagine I just well up every time! One of my favourite memories from the day was the party train…..genius idea, it got everyone in on the dance floor. We hired the Gloves to perform at our wedding at the end of July 2022 and they were fantastic. We had them perform at the church and for the party after dinner. The 2 musicians at the church were phenomenal and really helped make the ceremony even more magical. Unfortunately, we didn’t have “the face of the band” (Leo) at our wedding and my partner was a bit apprehensive about this but the musicians and singers we had were fantastic and really made the night we wouldn’t change a thing. We had heard about the party train and personally having not seen it in action I was questioning iit but when it came out it was amazing and everyone loved it and it really got the party started. The music throughout the day and night was spot on and everyone loved it.

At the end July 2022 at Villa Barberino, The Gloves played our aperitifs and also our main party after dinner. The aperitifs performance fitted our setting perfectly, having some nice chilled jazz numbers in the background. The final party, with all 8 members of The Gloves, was definitely a highlight of our day. The music, the performance and the interaction with our guests was unbelievably fun and impressive. The band had everyone on their feet dancing, taking part and enjoying themselves the whole time they were performing.

We got married at Terre di Nano in June 2022 and the Gloves performed at our ceremony, aperitif, and got the whole dinner party up for dancing. Throughout the entire process, the band was very easy to work with and responded quickly. The band gave us suggestions on how to cultivate a memorable experience for our guests as well as us. My favourite part of the evening was an impromptu first dance after cutting the cake! We did not want the party to end and loved having both the band and DJ for our wedding party. Our guests were able to make song recommendations and Leo made the whole afternoon and evening fun for all! I would highly recommend The Gloves.
We got married at Borgo di Tragliata in July 2022 and when looking at our vendors, the gloves stood out straight away. Our wedding wouldn’t be the same without all the excitement provided by the band The Gloves. It was certainly one of the highlights of the 3 days of celebration. The interaction with all the guests is a differential of the band, which has members who, in addition to being great musicians, put the guests inside the show and provide great moments. We got married in Borgo di Tragliata in July 2022. We had saw The Gloves play at a wedding we attended in 2019 and knew right away they were the only option for us. We booked the ‘All-in’ package, so they looked after Ceremony music, Apertif music and the main event – The Party! They were magnificent to deal with and worked with us to play our requested songs for the ceremony. Their music for the Apertif was perfect. The came and collected us after dinner on the famous ‘Party Train’ which the guests loved. On the night they were brilliant, very interactive and really got the party going! We got married in Tuscany (Borgo Gaggioleto in Val di Chio) in May 2022. We engaged The Glove for our party after dinner. They delivered a great show: Brilliant musicians (the solos were amazing) and a great singer with energy like a firework. We had a fabulous time dancing to songs everyone loved and enjoyed the great entertainment of this cool band. We received the feedback from guests that The Glove were one of the best wedding bands they have seen (taking into consideration that we were the last to get married among our friends).

Fantastic, just fantastic! We have just returned home from our wedding at the beautiful Borgo di Tragliata (June 2022), and all I can say about the Gloves is that they are truly EPIC!! Out of all our wedding vendors, these guys were the ones our guests could not stop talking about for the whole weekend. Me and my wife booked The Gloves for our wedding day celebration in April 2022 in Borgo Di Tragliata, Rome. We chose the “All-In” package and we loved all 3 aspects of this option.
The church music was lovely and matched the ceremony perfectly. The band were helpful in advising us with which songs fit best to what we had in mind.
The 3 piece jazz section for the appetizers was fabulous, with the guests impressed with the seamless change in genre of music.
And finally the 8 piece orchestra for the after dinner party was amazing. The best part is their engagement with ourselves and our guests throughout the night. All guests commented on how good the band were, especaiily the little touches like the “party train” and saxaphone performance during the DJ set.
All in all, they made our very special day even more memorable.

The Gloves did an INCREDIBLE performance at our wedding. What a band!
We recently were married at the gorgeous Borgo di Tragliata and we had The Gloves for our evening party, WOW! Everyone is still talking about them! We had them join for the party train, into our main dancing area and they were perfectly timed just after the cake cutting. Not only do they sing but they dance too! We were also very lucky that they performed a song with our aperitif music band and it was a truly special song for us.
We all had such a brilliant time- their performance was absolutely incredible. The energy and engagement were beyond expectation! Our group was a lot smaller than we had planned (45) but they all made sure everyone was on their feet and created a very memorable party! The stage, the lighting, the volume were great and all email communication leading up to our day was brilliant too. Leo is very communicative, quick to respond and very helpful.
We would highly recommend The Gloves, if you are looking for a party it wouldn’t be one without them!
These guys are incredible. We had them for both the post ceremony drinks, after dinner music and afterparty DJ. At every stage they knew exactly how to get the right atmosphere. They are very talented musicians and wonderfully entertaining performers. They made our wedding a party we will never forget. They even got my father in law dancing – first time in his life!

The Gloves came highly recommended by our lovely hosts at the Borgo di Tragliata, as well as our fabulous photographer (Peggy/Maison Pestea). I was worried a wedding band might be cheesy to be totally honest, but hoped for the best. Turns out, it was one of our best decisions! We were blown away by how fun the bad was and how much they engaged our intimate group of around 40 people. I don’t think anyone was sitting the entire time (ok maybe for a break)! Leo is so kind, so professional, and very accommodating. No doubt, you’ll have a blast dancing all night with The Gloves.

A little apprehensive having only their own social media pages and you tube videos, we decided to invest in The Gloves and I got in touch with Leo more than a year away from our wedding in Tuscany to book them in. Leo was always quick to respond in our planning, clear and happy to answer any and all my questions
We had arranged for them to play at our aperitif and post dinner party. We also had a request for a small number of them to play like a marching band from our ceremony to the aperitif drinks reception. They also took care of our sound systems and our own live music during the ceremony and back ground music for the dinner. They provided the microphone and speaker systems for our speeches. It was all seamless.
The Gloves 8 piece band really topped off what was an amazing day. They were everything we expected and more. They played non stop with great music and entertainment, our preferred first dance live (and a shortened version as we asked last minute) and had amazing guest interaction. They are a phenomenal band and Leo’s range is exceptional. Their variety and tone, from relaxed and chilled out reception music to fantastic party and dancing band after dinner was everything we had heard about and hoped for. There is a lot of stress with getting married and getting married abroad! The band is one of the most important elements of a wedding day. We booked The Gloves Band on recommendation from another bride and reviews online. We booked them for the night before and the full day of our wedding (ceremony, reception and evening). We were delighted with the first night music and our guests too! There was a lot of anticipation for the wedding day, our guests love music and dancing. The gloves played at our wedding in La Librata in Terracina on the 4th May 2019. We had heard about them from some other weddings they played and when the planner confirmed they were available we booked them immediately.
We can 100% say we were not disappointed- the Gloves lived up to their reputation. They began singing at the reception and during the meal and really set a great atmosphere. Then after the meal they moved out to dance floor area where they really got the crowd going.
Leo and the band interacted with the crowd during the entire night and the fact that they speak good English was great as our wedding had mostly Irish guests. the dance floor was full throughout the entire night thanks to the great mix on music and even after the band finished the Gloves DJ kept the dance floor full with even more great songs. All of our guests had great reviews off the band the next day.
The gloves are really easy and professional to deal with – we simply had to complete a few forms of our details and musical taste and they looked after everything else.
