The Italian Wedding Band was the BEST decision we ever made when planning our wedding in Italy! I remember i had seen some videos and LOVED them, and when they told us they were free on our date, we were over the moon!!!
The band is very talented, and they are all so kind. On our wedding day, a few changes had to be made due to the weather, and the band went out of their way to make sure that the music was not affected, and they happily accepted all our requests. They truly made our day SO SPECIAL. All our guests are still talking about how incredible the music was.
The band even learned a Greek song we had asked only a few days before and they played it PERFECTLY!!!!
My favourite moment, was when Marino was singing to us during dinner. He created a truly magical atmosphere that I will always remember, and keep in my heart. Whenever I think about it, I get emotional! I wish I could get married again so that I can relive the music!!!

This band was amazing and Marino the leader was awesome from start to finish.
They’re from Rome and we’re from Los Angeles. The wedding was in Capri on May 28th. Not easy to coordinate but Marino is an excellent communicator, by email, What’s App and phone.
It was a Jewish wedding and although they had to learn some Hebrew songs for the ceremony they did them perfectly! They already knew Haga Nagila!
They serenaded us through the aperitif and dinner and then the dance party was amazing. Everything was the way we planned it including letting me sing some songs!

From when we first contacted Marino he was so easy to communicate with and could not have been more accommodating with any requests we had.
The band provided the music in the chapel for us as well as at our reception, and both were perfect. When we arrived to the chapel, they were already set up and knew exactly the moment when to play, it was really special.

To the amazing: the italian wedding band- where should I start… we have shared a long journey together from our wedding being postponed over covid. With us having to change our wedding date, Marino was flexible, easy going and there was no stress at all in changing our date. Marino, you are such a charismatic, patient and kind individual and in the run up to our big day you were always so patient and we always felt listened to. The italian wedding band played a beautiful jazz set for guests to arrive to, followed by stepping in last minute to play ave maria as I walked down the aisle- many tears were shed. The music for the canapes and drinks was perfect- italian classics that got everyone ready for dinner. My seranade after dinner was the most memorable part of the evening for us. The song and words meant so much to us. As for the rest of the night, we did not want the music end and I vividly remember trying to get you to stay even longer than you already had!

Firstly our deepest apologies for taking so long to get around to adding our review, our wedding finally took places in September at the third time or trying and we had the best day. This leads us to our first example of how the Italian Wedding Band was the right choice for us because through the entire Covid journey they rescheduled and rescheduled and never once were anything more than understanding and accommodating. Another example of them going that extra mile was when Marino and a band member came to location one day before they were due to come to rehearse a song that we wanted them to duet with one of our bridesmaids. In addition we had a lovely surprise when several of the band serenaded Tina during dinner which was great. We knew the rain was threatening and I could see over the wall above where they would be located they had already packed away the instruments once or twice before we had to consider an inside location for the first dance. I am sure this was frustrating for the band but they did what they had to do. When the rain passed they suggested we remain inside but we agreed to have just one last go and from then on we just danced all night under the starry skies. All of our guests from the UK, Germany, Belgium and Spain truly loved the music in every way.
You get the idea that we were nothing more than grateful and thankful for all the bands efforts and they were brilliant. We wanted to have every option available to us so we just went for the Italian Wedding Band because coupled with some good reviews they seemed to have everything we wanted.
Oh and the DJ was very good as well, the perfect way to finish our party.
We were so pleased with our choice and wish the band every success in the future.

We had an amazing experience with Marino and his band! after two emails we were all set and they delivered fantastic music and atmosphere to our wedding. We had to relocate half-way, but the band just took 10 minutes, and was playing again, despite the change of plans.

We chose The Italian Wedding band to play at our wedding. We really couldn’t have made a better choice. Mariolino and the band were really great. Their music repertoire is really perfect for an elegant Italian wedding. They were able to engage the guests by livening up the party and made us experience wonderful emotions. We got married in Piedmont and they, despite being from Rome, traveled over 600km just to make us happy. In addition, we really appreciated the fact that we also played a song on request that was not part of their repertoire.
I received more compliments from guests about the band than any other aspect of the wedding. I will never run out of ways to thank Marino and the whole band for the wonderful atmosphere they were able to create. I would get married again tomorrow just to call them back! ☺️

What can we say!!!! We are SO glad we went with you. You sorted out the sound for our ceremony, speakers for our aperitif, the same for our speeches, handled everything so professionally we didn’t see you until you burst through the doors after our first course with the most incredible surprise acoustic serenade that we and our guests will never forget. What absolute talent, and fantastic entertainment. You played our unusual first dance song (Dave Matthews) and made it so memorable for us, and after that we couldn’t get our 80 amazing friends and family from South Africa, Australia, England, Zimbabwe and Canada…off the dance floor thanks to your amazing entertainment. The band was the best part of the wedding. They are amazing. Quality of presentation was unbelievable. They played all the songs that the couple wanted, with perfect timing. It was perfect during the dinner, and later perfect songs for dance. They really know how to interact with guests and make everyone at the wedding have a good time. Plus some surprises that made a very special moment for bride and groom. Everyone was amazed. A truly success.
The key to a good party is good company and good music – if you get these two right, you could be in a parking lot and have the time or your life. Marino and the Italian Wedding Band get you half way there. We couldn’t have picked a better music band for our special day. We were an eclectic group (UK, Continental Europe, Middle East, Far East and North America and ages ranging from 18 to 80), we needed a band that could please everyone while remaining authentically Italian. Dealing with Marino was a delight, he’s professional, flexible and attentive, and he certainly exceeded our expectations. Marino, we couldn’t thank you enough, the atmosphere of that night that you and your band created will stay with us forever.

The Italian Wedding Band where exactly what I wanted to bring some authentic Italian vibes to our day. They played from our cocktail reception through to end of the party. Carrying out requests from our guests all the classics and ensuring everyone had a great night. No request was disregarded and the band were talented and highly professional. The Italian Wedding Band was the BEST decision we ever made when planning our wedding in Italy! I remember i had seen some videos and LOVED them, and when they told us they were free on our date, we were over the moon!!!
The band is very talented, and they are all so kind. On our wedding day, a few changes had to be made due to the weather, and the band went out of their way to make sure that the music was not affected, and they happily accepted all our requests. They truly made our day SO SPECIAL. All our guests are still talking about how incredible the music was.
The band even learned a Greek song we had asked only a few days before and they played it PERFECTLY!!!!
My favourite moment, was when Marino was singing to us during dinner. He created a truly magical atmosphere that I will always remember, and keep in my heart. Whenever I think about it, I get emotional! I wish I could get married again so that I can relive the music!!!

The band played all the songs we wanted and more, they always had guests up on the dance floor, with a nice surprise for the bride and groom in the middle 🙂

Perfection! 26 of us came to Tuscany from the US for my daughters destination wedding. Marino offered to help in anyway he could. We worried about hiring everyone from a far but made a perfect choice with The Italian Wedding Band. Marino and band are excellent musicians and just fun!! They were the life of the party. A wedding band can make or break a reception. They effortlessly had the crowd up and dancing from start to finish. They went above and beyond to accommodate our American customs and most especially allowed my 10 year old granddaughter to sing a special song to the bride and groom. Marino sent the music ahead of time for her to practice with. They are just the best! Highly recommend for any occasion. Thank you for a great experience in Italy!
This band was amazing and Marino the leader was awesome from start to finish.
They’re from Rome and we’re from Los Angeles. The wedding was in Capri on May 28th. Not easy to coordinate but Marino is an excellent communicator, by email, What’s App and phone.
It was a Jewish wedding and although they had to learn some Hebrew songs for the ceremony they did them perfectly! They already knew Haga Nagila!
They serenaded us through the aperitif and dinner and then the dance party was amazing. Everything was the way we planned it including letting me sing some songs!

Marino and the band were absolutely wonderful. They were a pleasure to work with. Very professional but also easy going as well. Our wedding party loved the band and the DJ. They created a great atmosphere at the aperitif part of the evening. The band itself were great after the dinner – playing music that everybody loved and it meant the dancefloor was always full. The DJ was great to work with before (letting us pick songs we liked) and again everybody was up dancing until the very end. We couldn’t have been happier and would really recommend!

The Italian Wedding Band was beyond amazing at our wedding this June. We used them throughout the entire event, for the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and reception. To the amazing: the italian wedding band- where should I start… we have shared a long journey together from our wedding being postponed over covid. With us having to change our wedding date, Marino was flexible, easy going and there was no stress at all in changing our date. Marino, you are such a charismatic, patient and kind individual and in the run up to our big day you were always so patient and we always felt listened to. The italian wedding band played a beautiful jazz set for guests to arrive to, followed by stepping in last minute to play ave maria as I walked down the aisle- many tears were shed. The music for the canapes and drinks was perfect- italian classics that got everyone ready for dinner. My seranade after dinner was the most memorable part of the evening for us. The song and words meant so much to us. As for the rest of the night, we did not want the music end and I vividly remember trying to get you to stay even longer than you already had!
From the bottom of our hearts thank you for making our dream italian wedding absolutely prefect. We will remember you all fondly everytime we think of our wedding date.

They were amazing a highlight to our wedding day our guests kept talking about them,

We had the band perform at our joint birthday party in July. They were fantastic, adjusting the music perfectly whether it was the for the drinks reception, dinner or after dinner party music – they really read the crowd perfectly and got all of us up and dancing, the only disappointment being when they eventually had to go home – after playing extras several times.

From start to finish Marino was a pleasure to deal with, his communication was always very quick, detailed, precise and friendly. No song was too much and his band did everything to make our day special, with ceremony music, cocktail music, the live band and the DJ. As well as a wonderful surprise serenade which really was one of the highlights of our wedding, “an evening in Roma” is now our favourite song.

We planned our wedding in Positano from the UK and dealt with Marino and his band entirely by e-Mail before the event. We needn’t have worried. Marino and the band were fantastic from start to finish, playing at the ceremony and the evening reception. From start to finish Marino was a pleasure to deal with, his communication was excellent and was always on hand to answer my questions. Trying to explain our set up for our wedding day wasn’t the easiest but we came up with a plan for our day to make it perfect for us including ceremony music, the live band and the DJ.
All I can say is every single guest commented on how amazing the band was and how we made the right decision picking them! They played Italian classics which had everyone dancing and the DJ in the evening was excellent too and had the men moonwalking and doing the worm!
Would recommend them in a heartbeat! They made our day even more perfect than we could imagine. I couldn’t get ‘on an evening in Roma’ out of my head for a week!
Firstly our deepest apologies for taking so long to get around to adding our review, our wedding finally took places in September at the third time or trying and we had the best day. This leads us to our first example of how the Italian Wedding Band was the right choice for us because through the entire Covid journey they rescheduled and rescheduled and never once were anything more than understanding and accommodating. Another example of them going that extra mile was when Marino and a band member came to location one day before they were due to come to rehearse a song that we wanted them to duet with one of our bridesmaids. In addition we had a lovely surprise when several of the band serenaded Tina during dinner which was great. We knew the rain was threatening and I could see over the wall above where they would be located they had already packed away the instruments once or twice before we had to consider an inside location for the first dance. I am sure this was frustrating for the band but they did what they had to do. When the rain passed they suggested we remain inside but we agreed to have just one last go and from then on we just danced all night under the starry skies. All of our guests from the UK, Germany, Belgium and Spain truly loved the music in every way.
You get the idea that we were nothing more than grateful and thankful for all the bands efforts and they were brilliant. We wanted to have every option available to us so we just went for the Italian Wedding Band because coupled with some good reviews they seemed to have everything we wanted.
Oh and the DJ was very good as well, the perfect way to finish our party.
We were so pleased with our choice and wish the band every success in the future.

We had an amazing experience with Marino and his band! after two emails we were all set and they delivered fantastic music and atmosphere to our wedding. We had to relocate half-way, but the band just took 10 minutes, and was playing again, despite the change of plans.
I asked beforehand if the band could play a bit of jazz standards during our aperitivo and this they did exceptionally great! The dance floor was full after dinner and everyone enjoyed! Great repetoire and nice people!
We chose The Italian Wedding band to play at our wedding. We really couldn’t have made a better choice. Mariolino and the band were really great. Their music repertoire is really perfect for an elegant Italian wedding. They were able to engage the guests by livening up the party and made us experience wonderful emotions. We got married in Piedmont and they, despite being from Rome, traveled over 600km just to make us happy. In addition, we really appreciated the fact that we also played a song on request that was not part of their repertoire.
I received more compliments from guests about the band than any other aspect of the wedding. I will never run out of ways to thank Marino and the whole band for the wonderful atmosphere they were able to create. I would get married again tomorrow just to call them back! ☺️
Finally, another key aspect: they are extremely organized, punctual, and precise! I had to give them very few instructions and they were incredibly autonomous: real true PROFESSIONALS.
I have no doubt, I would recommend this band to any wedding couple because I can guarantee they are the best choice any couple could make for their wedding!!!

Marino and his band performed at our wedding and were outstanding. Everyone had so much fun and loved the music. Marino and the gang were fantastic from start to finish. Extremely flexible and very easy to deal with, Marino went to every effort to organise a fantastic day & night’s entertainment for us including organising the DJ and admin such as the music tax. The band themselves were very talented musicians; I had a couple of professional musicians as guests who both commented on how good the band were musically! The ceremony music was a lovely background to festivities, the Italian acoustic music made the drinks reception sparkle and the band played with such energy in the evening that everyone was on the dance floor all night! Marino and Italian wedding band, played for us at our beautiful wedding reception in Casale Doria Pamphilj on the 13th of September this year. What can we say!!!! We are SO glad we went with you. You sorted out the sound for our ceremony, speakers for our aperitif, the same for our speeches, handled everything so professionally we didn’t see you until you burst through the doors after our first course with the most incredible surprise acoustic serenade that we and our guests will never forget. What absolute talent, and fantastic entertainment. You played our unusual first dance song (Dave Matthews) and made it so memorable for us, and after that we couldn’t get our 80 amazing friends and family from South Africa, Australia, England, Zimbabwe and Canada…off the dance floor thanks to your amazing entertainment. You appealed to EVERYONE, all ages and we partied like it was 1999 for 2 hours without even taking a break. I’m so glad we went with 5 piece (more than 4) as the trumpeter was incredible. Then like we hand’t had enough, we turned around and there was your fantastic DJ – lights up, under the stars ready to take us into the early hours of the morning. He was prepared, spoke amazing english, played great music and also let us choose some of our songs too which we loved as we had such a wide variety of english speaking nationalities.
