Not getting email notifications from WeddingMusicBandItaly.com?
There may be a number of reasons why you don’t receive our email notifications.
Wrong email address
Have you ever received the emails you were expecting from Wedding Music Band Italy? If the answer is no, there may be an error in the email address you provided for your account. Email notifications are sent to the same address you use to log in to your account, so if you don’t receive our emails you may not even be able to log in to your account. Contact us and we will check for you!
If you use Gmail as email provider, your Inbox may have several labels or tabs where the incoming emails end up. Depending on the nature of the emails you receive, Gmail sometimes treats them as “Promotions” and automatically move them to that tab instead of the main folder. Next time you receive an email from us that ends up in the Promotions folder, move it to your Inbox. A message will appear at the top of the page to confirm that the email has been moved. Then, another message will ask you if you want to do the same with all future messages you receive from our email address, tap Yes and all our emails should end up in your Inbox.
Unfortunately, in some cases your email provider (Gmail, Libero, Yahoo, etc.) treats our emails as spam and sends them to your spam folder or even blocks them. One way to try and prevent this from happening is to Whitelist our email addresses, which will add our emails to an approved list. The following email addresses should be whitelisted: email@example.com.
If whitelisting our emails does not solve the problem, you may need to contact your Internet Service Provider and ask them to address the issue.
Also, if you accidentally report an email as spam, this causes that email address to be included in your blacklist and we’ll be unable to communicate. If you think this may have happened to you, please contact us.
