He was punctual, polite and professional.

We had a fantastic evening with Giuseppe, Samuele and his team! Giuseppe played all sorts of popular songs which our family loved, which ranged from Sting, Bocelli to Frank Sinatra, and was kind enough to take special requests. He was punctual, polite and professional. We vacationed at Praiano and he made our evening one of the nights. Would highly recommend!!

Enrico was professional and prompt with communication.

We hired Consonus Quartet to play at our 25th Anniversary Vow Renewal on the Amalfi Coast. Enrico was professional and prompt with communication. We loved that they were able to play classics for the ceremony and then switch to a more modern palate for dinner and dancing. We would highly recommend them to anyone celebrating any special occasion!

Since we are Dutch, we weren’t used to Italian weddings…

The Muffin band is phenomenal. Since we are Dutch, we weren’t used to Italian weddings. We did not know that there is usually music and dancing between the courses of the diner. Although every guest was Dutch and did not know this as well, the Muffin band played everyone from their seats up to the dancefloor! We had the best evening of our lives. Everyone congratulated us with how good the evening was. This is all because the music from the band.
If you want to have a good time, book the Muffin band! They played very good and professional. Beforehand, they were open for all our inputs and the communication went very well.

We booked two people from this Italian band and were very happy with it!

We booked two people from this Italian band and were very happy with it! They played Italian classics that all our guests – even though no one was Italian – knew. They played at the end of dinner and during the dessert buffet. It was a very energetic performance and got all our guests on their feet, dancing and starting the party. We would definitely recommend booking this band for a wedding or other event.

Best decision ever

We booked Vieri kind of last minute and honestly… best decision ever. His setlist was super diverse (from jazz classics to a spontaneous Irish folk song my dad requested!), and he kept the mood flowing perfectly all night. He even played our first dance song live, and I legit got chills. Also – major bonus – his setup didn’t require power, which saved us during the outdoor aperitivo! Guests were raving.

Couples planning a wedding in Italy often have specific questions about booking musicians. Here are some answers tailored to organizing live music for your celebration in Pontelatone.

When Should I Book Musicians for My Wedding in Pontelatone?

Booking early increases the likelihood of securing your preferred performers. In general, reserving wedding musicians in Pontelatone, Italy about 9 to 12 months before the wedding is ideal, especially for events during high-demand periods like spring and summer.

Is It Possible to Watch the Musicians Before Booking Them?

You may also inquire if any public shows are planned nearby before your wedding date.

What Is the Standard Performance Length?

Performance times differ based on the type of act and the wedding schedule. Ceremony musicians may perform for around 30 to 90 minutes, while bands playing at receptions often perform multiple sets, each lasting approximately 45 to 60 minutes.

What Kind of Music Will Be Played During the Wedding?

The music performed is adapted to the atmosphere of each part of the wedding. Classical or instrumental music is common during the ceremony, while lighter acoustic or jazz sets are often chosen for cocktail hours. For receptions, bands typically perform a mix of energetic genres such as pop, rock, funk, and dance music.

Can I Choose Specific Songs for the Event?

Yes, most musicians accept song suggestions and are open to customizing their setlists for weddings in Pontelatone. You can provide a list of favorites or songs to avoid. Requests for custom arrangements for special moments like the ceremony or first dance are usually accommodated with advance notice.

What Is the Usual Setup Time for the Musicians?

Setup needs vary. A soloist might require minimal preparation, while full bands with complex equipment often arrive 2 to 3 hours in advance to set up and perform sound checks.

The schedule is typically coordinated with your planner or venue staff to ensure smooth preparation.

Can the Musicians Arrive Earlier If Needed?

Yes, early arrival is generally possible if arranged in advance. It can be helpful when venue access is limited or if you prefer to complete sound checks before guest arrival.

Make sure to mention this during booking so that it’s factored into the agreement.

Can Guests Join the Musicians for a Performance?

In certain cases, musicians are open to guest participation, such as a short vocal or instrumental collaboration. This should be arranged in advance to allow for proper coordination and equipment setup.

Spontaneous performances may also be considered depending on the context and flexibility of the musicians.

Is Hiring a DJ Necessary Alongside Live Musicians?

Hiring a DJ is optional and depends on the structure of your event. Many musicians can play background music during breaks or offer DJ-style services. For extended receptions, especially in the evening, a dedicated DJ can help maintain flow and energy.
