Planning the perfect wedding requires the perfect music, and we’re here to help you find it. Our platform allows you to easily request quotes from bands, DJs, and musicians to perform at your wedding. Here’s how you can make the most of our quote request system.

Requesting a quote from your preferred artist
When you find an artist you’re interested in, you can request a quote directly from them. In the quote request form, you’ll see a text field where you can write your message to the artist. This field is required — please make sure you type your message before sending the request. We recommend adding useful details about your event, such as your wedding date, venue/location, the type of music you’re looking for, the approximate schedule (ceremony, aperitif, dinner, party), and any other specific requests. A clear message helps the artist understand your needs and provide a more accurate quote.

Sending additional quote requests automatically
To make your search for the perfect wedding entertainment even easier, our system allows you to automatically send quote requests to other artists on the platform. After selecting your preferred artist, you’ll be given three options:

1. Send the request to 5 similar artists: This option allows you to broaden your search by automatically sending your quote request to five other artists on our platform. These artists will receive the same message you wrote for your preferred artist.
2. Send the request to 10 similar artists: If you want to explore even more options, you can choose to send your request to ten additional artists. They will also receive the same message you wrote for your preferred artist.
3. Do not send additional requests: If you prefer to only receive a quote from your selected artist, you can choose this option.

How the automatic requests work
When you choose to send automatic requests to multiple artists, the additional artists (the “suggested” ones) will receive your personalized message — not a generic text like “Please send me a quote.” This way, every artist you contact gets the same helpful details about your wedding, which makes replies faster and quotes more accurate and comparable.
